Her remains lie in state at Brgy. Isla, San Carlos City, Pangasinan

and interment will be at Holy Gardens Pangasinan Memorial Park

on July 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM

She is survived by Betty Jean P. Dela Cruz

she request the pious to pray for the eternal repose of her Mother soul
